Follow the underground pathways of downtown Oklahoma City to the Bank of Oklahoma Plaza. Vintage Cafe Underground serves healthy greens and to-go meals to hungry businessmen and women during the weekday lunch rush. Daily specials rotate to keep the menu fresh, with a new quiche, soup and entree debuting each day. Dine in and munch on a blend of colorful veggies at the all-you-can-eat salad bar, or take a prepared-in-advance meal to go. Some days, customers can munch on carnitas tacos or apricot-habanero burgers, while other days, black bean sweet potato quiche and chicken tortilla soup satisfy patrons.
