In the early 2000s, Pond Creek FFA commissioned Palmer Studios to create a mural on the wall of a building next to Pond Creek’s pocket park. Palmer Studios depicted historic landmarks and elements of Pond Creek history in this Pond Creek mural, including an old grain elevator that once stood in Pond Creek and other farm and rural features like a windmill and cattle.
