Dominic “Doe” Signa founded Doe’s Eat Place in 1941 and began serving daily fresh cut steaks and tasty sides that have stood the test of time. Much of the same practices that began in the 40s are still used today at Doe’s. Each steak is cut just shy of two inches thick and can be prepared by Doe’s grill master any way you want. From porterhouses to sirloins, the steaks take the front seat at Doe’s, but the sides can stand on their own too. The marinated salad is made using Doe’s own recipe and comes with your entrée as well as you choice of boiled new potatoes, roast potatoes, fresh-cut fries or Southern style biscuits.
