Watch good intentions and absurd assumptions collide in the wickedly funny satire "The Thanksgiving Play" performed at the Oklahoma Contemporary's Te Ata Theater. A group of well-meaning but culturally insensitive artists embark on a mission to create a pageant that somehow manages to celebrate both Turkey Day and Native American Heritage Month. This hit play was written by Larissa FastHorse and its success made her the first Native American woman playwright produced on Broadway.
