The open-plan living area provides a perfect place to unwind with plenty of soft seating positioned in front of a cozy fireplace and large TV. Just a few feet away, you'll find the full-service kitchen that surrounds an extended island with countertop seating where you can enjoy your meals in the natural light and beautiful wood paneling that surrounds the area.
Up the stairs, you'll find an additional living space with more couches and chairs as well as another TV. Behind the seating area, there is a ping pong table and arcade machine set against the backdrop of a stunning view outside the large windows. This room doubles as an additional bedroom with four bunk beds lofted against the wall.
The inside is just the beginning of this stunning house. Both the kitchen, upstairs living area and master bedrooms have large, sliding window doors that lead to the house's decks that provide breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The downstairs deck is covered by a roof with overhead lighting and has a grill station and long dining table as well as a couch and additional living area in front of a TV. The upstairs deck has a series of rocking chairs as well as a cozy nook with a comfortable sectional couch in front of a large fireplace.
Head down the stairs from the first-floor deck and you'll find the house's private, heated pool with a basketball goal and in-pool loungers with a nearby hot tub, fire pit and sun loungers. Outside the house, you'll also find a private court that can be used for pickleball and basketball as well as a campfire-style fire pit area. In addition to all of this, the many bars and restaurants of Hochatown as well as the exciting outdoor activities of Beavers Bend State Park are just a few minutes' drive away.
