Coal County Historical & Mining Museum
A tribute to the area's mining heritage, the Coal County Historical & Mining Museum contains mining instruments and tools, models, historic photos and area artifacts. The museum also has displays on prominent Coal County citizens past and present, including the medical bag from pioneer Dr. Clark. There is also a children's section with vintage toys and a military display room with WWII uniforms, photos and artifacts.
