Rogers State University Conservation Education Reserve
The Rogers State University Conservation Education Reserve is a 120-acre outdoor classroom for students of all ages to learn the value of conserving natural resources. Bottomland hardwood, tallgrass prairie and cross timber habitats grace the slopes and lowlands. Students and teachers learn at the reserve with a hands-on approach. Attractions include trails, a fishing pond, greenhouse, butterfly and herb gardens and wildlife viewing areas. Educational programs are also available on-site to groups during the year with advance booking. The reserve is open to the public during daylight hours and features several miles of walking trails.
