The Beavers Bend Folk Festival & Craft Show, presented by the Forest Heritage Center Board of Directors, features turn-of-the-century crafts and demonstrations, folk music, and much more. Exhibitors and nearly 80 vendors will showcase crafts and skills such as woodturning, basket weaving, yarn spinning, quilting, papermaking, and blacksmithing. Children's activities will keep the kids entertained, and a smorgasbord of food will fill hungry bellies. Meanwhile, folk ensembles will set the mood with the twang of banjos, the wail of fiddles, and the sound of bagpipes.

Visitors to this event will learn the art of vintage craft-making and mountain music, all amidst spectacular fall foliage. Meet winemakers showcasing their Made in Oklahoma libations, instrument makers exhibiting their work, and quilters showing their best designs. Bring the kids to the courtyard of the Forest Heritage Center and enjoy a wealth of activities, including candle dipping and toy top decorating.

Spend an autumn afternoon listening to some of the country's best folk musicians and Celtic instrumentalists performing on the festival's outdoor stage. Visit food vendors for tasty treats, including roasted corn, smoked barbecue, fish tacos, and burgers. Tried-and-true festival favorites such as kettle corn, homemade ice cream, savory beef jerky, sweet, sugared pecans, and funnel cakes will make a return as well

Admission to the festival and parking are free. Shuttle buses will be on hand to transport festivalgoers to and from the parking area to the festival grounds.
