It’s not just the view of small aircraft constantly taking off and landing that makes this cafe unique, although that’s one good reason to give this place a try. Annie Okie’s goes that extra mile to make sure the food is just as good as the entertainment. The café is renowned for its three-egg omelets, which are baked instead of fried, and its blueberry and pecan pancakes. But it’s not all about breakfast here. The restaurant bakes its own buns and rolls, and makes all its soups, salsas and sauces from scratch. The club sandwich may be the best in town, and the cinnamon rolls are enormous.
