The goal here is to serve fresh innovative food using local products and sustainable practices in downtown Tulsa, and do it at a price that people can afford. You might notice the biodegradable to go boxes instead of that nasty Syrofoam. They also compost and Newsome Community farms picks up their compost every week, and Elote buys locally to insure freshness.
