Lake Carl Etling is located within Black Mesa State Park and normally offers 159 surface acres and 5 miles of shoreline. Carl Etling is operated by the Oklahoma Wildlife Department.The lake is stocked with largemouth bass, flathead catfish, walleye, and smallmouth bass. There are boat ramps on the east and south sides of the lake. No water sport activities are allowed. Camping facilities including hookups, showers, playground, picnic areas, and group facilities are available at Black Mesa State Park.
