Boomer Lake Park
Boomer Lake has a favored status with locals and visitors alike. After undergoing a major overhaul by the city and state, the lake is now an award-winning recreational area. It offers the David Lewis Payne Memorial Monument, walking trails, tennis, Frisbee golf, boat and dock fishing, picnic tables, pavilions and grills.
