The Lokal Yukon serves unique twists on Okie cuisine. A customer favorite, the fried deviled eggs grant guests a chance at sampling a new interpretation of an Okie kitchen tradition. Other appetizers like bison meatballs simmered in blueberry bourbon barbecue sauce round out the menu, alongside the Okie burger topped with bacon and American cheese.
Chicken fried steak, bison meatloaf and salmon entrees pair well with sides like mac and cheese, asparagus and mashed potatoes, as well. Customers can also fill up with hearty salads and lunch specials like the Lokal club, stuffed with pastrami, ham, turkey, bacon, caramelized onions, house pickles, stone mustard horseradish sauce, American cheese and Swiss cheese.
In the evening, local artists treat guests to live entertainment, best enjoyed with a handcrafted cocktail. Okie mules come topped with ginger beer and fresh lime juice, while the Lokal margarita includes Sauza Reposado, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, orange and agave nectar.
