Palmer Studios created a mural on the wall of Opal’s House of Bargains after owner Steve Walker went in with Billings Hardware owner Josh Billingsley to commission this artwork. Palmer Studios brought an old photograph of downtown Broadway St to life through this mural, which includes several vintage cars.
