Body Harmony Day Spa in Broken Bow provides a unique 1 hour, 1.5 hour and 2.5 hour sensory therapeutic massage experience, featuring the Body Harmony Instrument Bed. Handcrafted like a musical instrument with speakers on the inside, the musical vibrations from inside the bed resonate in and through the body.

The bed is unlike typical massage tables. It weighs 700 pounds and was crafted by Dr. Gordon Greener, who notes that music from the custom-designed sound system within the bed comes directly into your body and creates a "harmonic resonance" within the cellular structures, which may not only bring into harmony various body frequencies but also assist in the releasing of internalized stresses.

Many seasonal specials are available like the Deluxe Packages, which include a mineral-rich Dead Sea mud facial mask and a scalp massage with warm shea butter. This becomes an excellent hot oil treatment for your hair, as your head is wrapped in a hot steamy towel. De-stress under hot Himalayan stones after being drizzled and massaged with warm shea butter. Choose between a soothing Swedish massage or a firm intrinsic deep tissue. 

Provided with the Deluxe Package are chocolate-covered strawberries and a dark chocolate brownie recovery snack in your robes and fun slippers. Perhaps you prefer a glass of wine or mimosa with your chocolate. This is provided for no extra charge during your 2.5-hour session.

Body Harmony Day Spa offers a side-by-side romance session or two-person sessions. One-hour, 90-minute and 2.5-hour experiences are offered in the spa's beautiful, dimly-lit Tranquility Room or the Rhapsody Room. The Rhapsody Room has an adjacent fireplace seating area where chocolate-covered strawberries and other dark chocolate delights are served on a silver platter. Tranquility Room guests are served their recovery snack in the living room near the fireplace and close to the year-round Christmas Tree. The dimly-lit atmosphere provides peace and quiet where you can connect with who you are with and build a lasting memory. 

Body Harmony House is decorated like a Hallmark card on the inside with Tiffany Lamps, lace curtains and antiques. The spa also features vintage antiques and specialty gift items for sale at a discount to their clients.

Special packages are also available for mothers and daughters, group sessions, honeymooners and those celebrating their anniversaries and birthdays. Birthdays are made extra special at no extra cost.
