Built in 1929, this Woodward theater was originally built as a movie house for the newest on-screen talkies. Even from the beginning, the building attracted a diverse crowd and was intended for much more than movies. Woodward Arts Theatre now provides northwest Oklahoma with concerts, theatrical performances, events and receptions.
