This oil-themed mural covers the south wall of what used to be a Dollar General Store in Hennessey. In 2004, Longhorn Companies’ co-founder Randy Holder commissioned Palmer Studios to paint this depiction of the oil industry's importance to Hennessey’s economy. Palmer Studios included important aspects of the oil industry in this mural, like a pump jack, roustabouts, a wellhead, valves, a workover rig, various barrels, a treatment truck, fractionating towers and a tank batter.
