Located approximately thirty five miles south of Tulsa. Travel on Highway 75 south of Okmulgee for six miles, and turn left on Lavender Road. Follow Lavender Road for two miles until it dead ends, and turn left onto S 250 Road. Follow S 250 Road for two miles and the refuge headquarters building, Cussetah Bottoms Boardwalk Trail, and a gravel parking lot will be on the right.
