99’s Museum of Women Pilots

The 99’s Museum of Women Pilots in Oklahoma City tells the story of the 99, a group of international women pilots. They organized in 1929 but what they did is promote aviation, primarily with women in flying educational scholarships. The museum also tells the history of women in aviation rom the beginnings around 1911 when women first started getting their pilots license right up to current day. Housed there is one of the largest collections in the world of women aviation history, as well as a large collection of items from Amelia Earhart.
