Lake Texoma State Park
Lake Texoma is Oklahoma's second-largest lake and one of the premier striped bass hot spots in the southwest. Besides fishing and a myriad of watersports, Lake Texoma State Park offers swimming, camping, picnic areas, wildlife viewing opportunities and hiking. The park also features comfort stations with showers, boat ramps and a small hiking trail. The privately operated Catfish Bay Marina located within the park offers a full-service marina with a fuel dock and striper guide fishing services. A marina mart featuring a convenience store and gas station is also available on-site.
Lake Texoma State Park's overnight facilities include RV and tent campgrounds. Reservations for all campsites, both RV and tent, must be made online prior to occupying any site. RV sites have full hook-ups with water, sewer and electric and some with water and electric. Tent sites are available as well. The on-site Rally Campground offers an open grass area with 16 electric clusters accommodating up to four units each with 30 amp electric and water service.
Lake Texoma State Park recently added Equestrian trails and currently is allowing overnight stays with primitive sites in the Equestrian area. Please call park office for details.
Lake Texoma State Park is proud to be the home of the Texoma Striper Guide Association at Catfish Bay Marina. Members include; James Allen from Blue Water Striper Guide Service, Gary Scarberry from Scarberry's Striper Guide Service, Roger Raines, Shawn Morales, Phil Townsend, Brad Loper, Travis Hardin and Cole Cook. The park highly recommends these fishing guides, as they all have years of experience helping visitors catch fish. These guide services are available year-round.
