Experience one of the world's most beloved musicals during the Tulsa Opera’s performance of "The Sound of Music.” This Rodgers and Hammerstein family favorite is based on the true story of the singing von Trapp family and their courageous escape from the Nazis during World War II. The Tony, Grammy and Oscar-winning score contains wall-to-wall hits including “Climb Ev’ry Mountain,” “My Favorite Things,” “Do Re Mi,” “Edelweiss,” and of course the titular tune. Come listen to the talented voices of the Tulsa Opera Signature Chorale soar in accompaniment to the virtuoso talents of the Tulsa Symphony Orchestra.
