Canadian County Veterans Parade & Program
Celebrate Veterans Day in El Reno during the annual Canadian County Veterans Parade and Program. This event begins Sunday afternoon with a parade and ends with a program at the Historic Centre Theatre. Honor military service members past and present while watching a fully-restored 1924 Heritage Express Trolley, the El Reno Cruisers and many other participants make their way throughout downtown El Reno. Each year, a keynote speaker addresses the crowd following the parade, followed by a recital of the Gettysburg Address and a performance of patriotic songs by local choir groups.
