Owner James Russell uses his own secret dry rub to bring out the true flavor of his smoked meats, including his one-of-a-kind Tri-Tip, an especially lean cut that nevertheless is rendered tender and juicy after a few hours in his smoker. Delicious homemade pecan pie completes the experience.
