Piatto is the Italian word for plate - one of the first things you'll notice hanging on the entry wall of Piatto Italian Kitchen. This Oklahoma City restaurant creates a community-centered fine dining experience, welcoming guests to bring in a treasured dish of their own to display on the wall.
Led by Chef Bill Forster, Piatto Italian Kitchen offers a fine dining experience to appeal to a broad range of diners. All pasta is made in-house, elevating staples like ravioli and pappardelle to new delicious levels.
Start your gastronomic experience at Omega Bar, which offers specialty cocktails, wines by the glass and a selection of beer. Before the main course, enjoy salmon tartare or the beef carpaccio. The crisp Caesar salad is also a delightful beginning to the meal. For an entrée, choose from options like bucatini cacio e pepe, lamb shank osso buco or a classic grilled filet. Seafood offerings include delicious octopus & bone marrow casarecce, seared salmon and the popular seafood risotto with a mix of shrimp and scallops.
It will be difficult to save room for dessert. Then again, it's hard not to with choices like tiramisu, créme brûlée and chocolate tart.
