Ring in the holidays with a fun remix of a Christmas classic at local nonprofit RACE Dance Collective's production of RACE's Hip Hop Nutcracker. This version features local talent that delivers the original themes of perseverance, family and holiday spirit with a high-energy, hip hop spin.
Featuring RACE Collective dancers and youth dancers from Oklahoma City Public Schools and local dance programs, this dynamic performance reimagines the Nutcracker through a fresh, urban Oklahoma lens and reminds us all about the power of love, community, and belonging.
2025 Participating Youth Programs: John Marshall High School, Putnam City High School, U.S. Grant High School, Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School and Freedom Dance.
