Foodies will have a chance to savor a four-course meal from Chef Robert Irvine at the Choctaw Casino & Resort in Grant this March. The celebrity chef will take over the Chop House restaurant to serve up some delicious cuisine. Guests will taste dishes such as a black truffle-scented potato gnocchi, jumbo lump crab and smoked speckled trout salad, and a surf and turf composed of a sweet and savory braised smoked short rib and lemon herb-crusted pan-seared cod. Save room for a decadent dessert of brown butter sticky toffee pecan pie.

Chef Irvine is a world-class chef, entrepreneur and former host of the Food Network’s “Restaurant: Impossible.” In addition to his Fresh Kitchen restaurant within the Pentagon, he also created Victory Fresh, a healthy grab-and-go concept restaurant for the U.S. Army.
