EXTENDED PARK HOURS: Visit the Zoo from Saturday, March 14 through Sunday, March 22, 2026 to enjoy an extra hour of fun as the Zoo will stay open until 6 p.m. with final entry allowed at 5 p.m.

OKC ZOO GOLDEN EGG SAFARI: Go on a Golden Egg Safari, March 14-22, throughout the Zoo to find prizes, including a plush animal from Safari Gifts, access to a Wild Encounter, Homeland gift cards, and more! Find one of 40 eggs hidden around the park daily. If you're one of our lucky guests to find an egg, return it to the Guest Services office in the Plaza to collect your prize. Limited to one Golden Egg per family, per day.

OKC ZOO ATTRACTIONS: Enjoy interactive animal experiences including giraffe feedings, Flamingo Mingle, Explorikeet Adventure, and more!

ANIMAL ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES: All week long, look forward to animal enrichment activities at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., Monday, March 16 through Saturday, March 21, as well as the elephant presentation at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 19. Monday, March 16: 10 a.m. Hyenas (Expedition Africa) / 1 p.m. Zebras and Wildebeests (Expedition Africa)

Tuesday, March 17: 10 a.m. Galapagos Tortoises (Children’s Zoo) / 1 p.m. Asian elephants (Sanctuary Asia)

Wednesday, March 18: 10 a.m. Indian Rhinos (Sanctuary Asia) / 1 p.m. Western Lowland Gorillas (Great EscApe)

Thursday, March 19: 10 a.m. Cheetahs (Predator Pass, Expedition Africa) / 1 p.m. African crested porcupines (Lakeside habitats)

Friday, March 20: 10 a.m. Galapagos Tortoises (Children’s Zoo) and Cichlids (Love’s Pachyderm Building, Expedition Africa) / 1 p.m. Macaws (Children’s Zoo)

Saturday, March 21: 10 a.m. Francois Langurs (Sanctuary Asia) / 1 p.m. Elk (Oklahoma Trails)
