Dance back in time at the 1920s New Year's Eve Swing Dance in Tulsa this December. The night will get started with six-count swing lessons from the Oklahoma Swing Syndicate. After that, the Southminster Presbyterian Church Community Center will transform into a 1920s dance hall.
