Water is cooling and rising rapidly due to 12 inches of snowfall in the drainage area.

Catfish good on cut bait, dough bait, live shad, punch bait, stinkbait around channels, coves, docks, points, river channel, river mouth. Crappie fair on caddis flies, grubs, hair jigs, jigs, minnows, nymphs around brush structure, coves, docks, points, standing timber. Comments: Fishing this week has been good other than the weather. Striper are being very well on deadsticking and live bait. Catfish are good on live bait and cut bait near river channels and the mouth of the river. Crappie are biting on jigs near brush piles around docks.
