If you've ever wanted to make your own tincture, head to the Elderberry Tonic Workshop this April. Hosted at the Fort Towson Historic Site, the workshop will be led by Kara Richardson of Broken Bow. Richardson advocates for natural resources education and the perpetuation of wild herbs and medicinal plants. Each guest will leave this hands-on workshop with a half pint of the tonic to take home. Registration is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis.
