All are welcome to attend the OKC Pride on 39th Street Festival & Parade. Oklahoma City's oldest LGBTQ+ celebration has drawn visitors from around Oklahoma and surrounding states since 1988. In 2023, more than 40,000 guests were recorded in attendance. This three-day event is widely recognized as the inaugural kickoff to Pride Month in Oklahoma City, with the reading of the proclamation by Mayor David Holt at the Opening Ceremonies on Friday. The festival will close on Sunday evening with the historic Pride Parade which draws more than 100 floats and entries from corporations, nonprofits, community organization, public figures, political and religious organizations.
