Hop on your bicycle and take a tour of Oklahoma during The Black Towns of Oklahoma Bike Tour. This bike tour will take riders through Oklahoma's 13 remaining historic Black towns, including Tullahassee, Red Bird, Taft, Rentiesville and more. There are several routes to choose from, so pick whichever ride suits you and learn some of Oklahoma's lesser-known history during The Black Towns of Oklahoma Bike Tour.

On Friday, packet pick-up will be at the Roxy Theater in Muskogee, followed by a meet-and-greet event in the evening. Light snacks will be provided and a film about the Black Towns in Oklahoma will be shown. Parking is available at the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame.

GPS bike computers are encouraged. The tour will start and end in Muskogee and signage will mark the courses. The 15-mile, 25-mile, and 40-mile routes are out and will shuttle back to the start. The 15-mile route travels to Tullahassee, takes the shuttle to Red Bird, and returns to the start by shuttle. The 25-mile route travels to Tullahassee and Red Bird - you will be picked up at Red Bird and returned to the start line.  

On Saturday, riders will take the North Route to Tullahassee, Ride Bird and Taft. The 45-mile route travels to Tullahassee, Red Bird, and Taft. You will be picked up in Taft and returned to the starting line. The 60-mile route travels to Tullahassee, Red Bird and Taft, with the cyclist riding back to the start line.

On Sunday, riders will take the South Route to Summit and Rentiesville. The 12-mile South route travels to Summit and riders will take the shuttle to Rentiesville and returns to the starting line. The 25-mile South route travels to Summit and Rentieville - riders will take the shuttle back to the starting line. The 50-mile South route riders ride back from Rentiesville.
