Woolaroc Museum & Wildlife Preserve is celebrating its 100th year with a special edition of its biennial art exhibition, The Woolaroc Exhibition and Sale, opening to the public on October 18, 2025, and running through December 31, 2025
*VIEWING OF THE ARTWORK OPENS TO THE PUBLIC AT 10 AM, SATURDAY, OCT. 18TH, AND IS INCLUDED IN GENERAL ADMISSION.
This year’s exhibition will take a unique turn from its traditional retrospective approach, bringing together a distinguished group of past exhibitors who have helped shape the legacy of Woolaroc’s art exhibitions over the years.
Saturday, October 18:
ARTIST PRESENTATION: 9:30 a.m.—11 a.m.
LUNCH AT THE LODGE: 11 a.m.—1:00 p.m.: A buffet lunch will be served at the historic Lodge of Frank Phillips.
ARTIST PRESENTATION: 1:30 p.m.—3 p.m.
COCKTAIL RECEPTION & FINE ART SALE: 5 p.m.—7:30 p.m.: A cocktail reception will be held, followed by a sale by draw of the featured artists' works.
ARTIST AND SPONSOR DINNER: 7:30 p.m.—9 p.m.: An elegant dinner will follow in the Museum exclusively for artists, sponsors, special guests, committee members, and Frank Phillips Foundation Trustees.
ALL DAY: 9:30 a.m.—7:30 p.m.
