The Nescatunga Arts & Crafts Festival in Alva showcases works by local artists and crafters on the first weekend in June at the Alva Recreational Center. Come browse paintings, sculptures, photography, jewelry, pottery, weaving, homemade crafts and more. Join visitors from all over the region for live entertainment, food vendors and a variety of participants selling their wares.
This arts festival is one of the longest-running art festivals in the state. Artworks are judged by a visiting artist, and awards are given to the top three artists in eight categories. Enjoy a beautiful summer day at the Nescatunga Arts & Crafts Festival. Be sure to stick around to see which lucky artist is awarded the Best of Show title.

Early deadline registration fees extended to May 10. $40 per one 10x10 booth ($80 after early deadline). Each additional booth is $25. Sugar Show fees are $25 for each category for Professionals and Aspiring Sugar Artists ($50 per category after early deadline) for decorated cakes, cookies and cupcakes. Students in two young people categories - fees are $10 each for Cookies and Cupcakes ( $20 for each category after early deadline)While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the pricing listed above, prices are subject to change without notice.
