Travel the Hughes County Shopping Trail through Allen, Atwood, Calvin, Holdenville and Wetumka this August during Pickle Fest. Pickle Fest is a local event held in celebration of the memory of the Calvin Pickle Company that once existed in Hughes County. Shoppers can visit participating businesses along the shopping trail to find pickles and pickle-themed products from pickled peaches to pickle-flavored candy. While you shop, enjoy live music and treats like pickle-flavored popcorn and pickle-flavored snow cones.
Participating businesses include Rocky Top Winery, Granny's Garden, Okie Trading Post, T-Jay's Diner, Durbinshire Farm, Lambert's Farm and Ranch, Rebel Ann's Creations, Beautiful and Bronze, and Sister Act III.
