Little Red Heart 5K Run
Little Red Heart 5K Run participants can join fellow runners in a race at Stars and Stripes Park on Lake Hefner. The LifeShare Foundation invites you to spend a morning enjoying plenty of activities for families including balloon art, face painting, photo opportunities and more. Choose from a 5K run, one-mile walk or virtual walk or run. If you prefer to watch the race, purchase a social ticket to enjoy the day's events. Every ticket includes a T-shirt, bib, medal and a meal from Head Country.
