Behind an unassuming store front on Main Street in Hobart is the Tommy Franks Leadership Institute & Museum, but you don't appreciate the scope of the museum until you are inside. The museum is filled with memorabilia from the life of one of Oklahoma's most famous military leaders, from his high school days in Wynnewood to his leadership roll as Commander of United States Central Command.
