Capitol artist Lucas Simmons

Acclaimed Shawnee artist Lucas Simmons has been commissioned to paint four pieces for the Oklahoma State Capitol. Reporter Quin Tran and videographer Tommy Evans will highlight one very special piece that can be found at the Capitol entitled “Labor Omnia Vincit,” which is Oklahoma’s motto “Labor Conquers All.”
